They are leaving it very late for a CR to meet the next MCO payment......what happens if they fail to pay on time?
Of course, they can always do the "issue of another gazillion shares to sophisticated investors" routine again, usually at silly giveaway prices, and guaranteed to stuff the SP while the "sophisticated investor" unloads their bunch of cheap shares for a small profit....
They are leaving it very late for a CR to meet the next MCO...
