I read it from end to end.....conclusions:-

(1) Morning Star is a good prospect, with lots of interesting exploration possibilities in the area
(2) It is going to take a considerable amount of $$$$ to get the original mine up and running again
(3) Mantle is not going to be producing gold any time soon

So, the big question is (from a financial point of view).....how does Mantle get from A to B?? Next installment on Morning Star due in 11 days, and no indication of how they are going to pay it.
