WG only controls the SP while he is dumping. As soon as the selling stops, up goes the price. Why would anyone want to bid it up when he is obviously heading for the exit. Sooner or later though, the well runs dry. No magic pudding I'm afraid estate09 and in a few months, no-one will care.
In any case, are you saying he wants to depress/cap the price? Surely that can't be right, does not sound rational while he is a shareholder who wants out?
