Riots started 4 weeks ago
impacted XST & ADX's sp
in late Dec XST got sold down to 13c low
as riots escalated however
operator ADX is leaping forward in last days.
I think speculative investors are starting to anticipate that the riots can be contained
perhaps some were also expecting our operation to get affected, but Jan 12 ann said we are all go.
according to a post on ADX thread
"A spokesman for explorer Gulfsand Petroleum, which also has interests in oil and gas assets in Tunisia, said operations had been not been interrupted and that it did not foresee any problems.
Gulfsands' interests include an offshore block and an onshore permit near Sfax operated by Australia's ADX Energy."
but it pays to be cautious in this game imo
worth following the most up to date progress in Tunisia
Fast measures & healthy steps have been taken since Fri event
I plaud the Tunisian officials who have been working overtime on Sat. :)
looks like support all around for democracy transition
hopefully things calm down soon
