My uninformed gut feel is that the Sidi Daher Prospect will prove to be either an extension of the gas field to the east (most likely) or the oil fields to the south (quite possible). It's too good a play not to be part of.

Regarding VIL .... it has the same interest in this play but twice the market cap on (essentially shut in) US gas prospects that require further development which is not justifiable at current prices. So, if Sidi Daher does result in commercial oil, the potential upside on an XST share should be twice as much as an equivalent VIL share.

The XST Board nonsense is not helping the SP .
