For what it is worth, because we all ( I presume ) are very sceptic after GFC about research reports, however given the comparisons to peers, it gives a good support to the actual situation that GWR is, although speculative, substantially undervalued, both in respect to iron ore and gold deposites.
Only $ 9 million left for all resources on top of the cash is not much value.
Given the volumes and SP I thought and blamed the company a few times for no actions ans being a dead horse.
At least this report show they are not dead at all, although communication to us shareholders could and must be improved considerably to attract more interest in new shareholders.
