Looks like Patto's was encouraging those who wanted to buy to buy from those who wanted to get out.
Now who would want to sell 20 million at 1.9cts?
Of course .001 ct loss (if they bought at 2 cts) is not that much for those rich folks, not if they really want to get out....but I am surprised anyway.
