Yes, Wogen is the offtake partner for titanium dioxide as I understand it. I think the intention is to make as much pigment as possible instead though...
We'd be back down at the original $2.4b NPV (or whatever it used to be before the pigment idea came up) if it was all titanium dioxide. A fair bit of capex was associate with the pigment plant from memory.
