Dear Shareholder,

A short note to remind you that we are holding a Public Forum on Monday 12
Oct at 10.15am at NZX's Auckland office (Level 7, Zurich House, 21 Queen
Street).

Myself, and new Chair Peter James, will provide an overview of the business
and our Share Offer, as well as answer questions.

I also wanted to let you know that Edison Investment Research has just
released a comprehensive new report on Snakk Media.

The Edison Research reviews the mobile advertising market in ANZ and
Southeast Asia, our financials and associated sensitivities and provides
commentary on the valuation of our share price.
