    Every bit counts in my view.

    Was told something a bit disturbing today. Was having lunch with friends and they saw a report that doctors were not prescribing MM options as the paperwork required in Australia was way too much - "we are time challenged" was one doctors comment. I suspect a committed doctor would take the time but it isn't a great comment for them to make.
