If ATS had a carrot that they thought they could promote 12 months ago, what have they got now?
Will Russia test things later this week?, if so, suspect US$100 will be stampeded!?
What will we be looking at with hindsight @ months end?
The change in Oil price this 12 months doesn't seem to be giving ATS the focus it might desrve:
