"Maverick Drilling & Exploration was higher up from $0.18 to $0.215 after touching $0.23 in intraday trading on Friday. The market seems to like what new CEO Yeager is accomplishing even if it means savage right downs in the company’s reserves. That means a massive non-cash loss when the company reports its annual result which hopefully will be the last bucket of cold water for investors in Maverick this year.
Punters and investors alike will then be looking to Yeager to reveal where he intends to take the company next given his recent comments that the company has to look beyond it salt dome assets for growth."
