Very cheap IMO. Even at these low coal prices they are making 90 mill or so with a market cap of around 250 mill. = pe less than 3. Remember they didn't take advantage of the high prices last year because they had to run out their old contracts.
These low energy prices are only temporary, but may last a couple of years if the whole world collapses. I'm hanging in there until the next energy crunch and will be paid to wait in the meantime.
