Thai assets have worked against CVN for the last 4 years, however, if we are to sell our remaining share prior to any commercial success in Phoenix (or worse - after failure in Phoenix) what will we be left with? A stagnating shell company whose mission shall be to over-compensate a board who have been under-performing for years.
We need to keep some form of revenue stream open, and even if Phoenix is successful, it would be nice to have some diversity in our portfolio. I would be hesitant to sell the remaining share of our Thai assets just as the tide appears to be turning.
Still, it may be a while before the market truly reflects the value of our Thai assets after 4 years of over-promising & under-delivering.
Would it be safe to assume that CVN's current market cap. is mostly cash in bank & Phoenix potential? i.e. little or no value placed on Thai assets.
