The merger was bad for shareholders, so this is really a plus and should be taken as on opportunity. Otherwise this reflects very poorly on all fronts, ...time wasted, consulting and legal fees spent. It's appalling. Shareholders should vote down the remuneration package for all directors and execs next AGM and put them on notice.
