There are two separate events we'll need to wait for:
1. Release of legislative changes and us incorporating them into our BFS b4 we can lodge with Banks
2. Public Disclosure Period and key officials within the Republic of Tanzania need to sign off the document.
Those two points above are the reason our SP is staying at these levels....30 days at best case, 60 days worst case until we can lodge final documents for loan approval with the banks.
Small holders selling progressively as they won't/ can't wait this long and considering there are still obvious risks involved, can't blame them.
