I can't believe that first statement of yours.
AVL cannot afford go it alone with the amount of borrowings they require.
The interest would be massive beside paying off the capital.
You should know better as your investment in AJM, is about to be placed into bankruptcy
for the same reason of over borrowing.
It's called greed, pure greed.
