It seems pretty clear to me, Nova wants to play with the big boys, mineralistion is looking good, we're in the right district, they are seriois about going into production, yes, it's a few years down the track but we need the right investors on board now. Collins St is just the start. If the drill results are as good as we're hoping one of the big boys will likely pick up the 15% stake and give us a clear road to production, like Sqm did with KDR. Avi will still be a shareholder and have enough cash to convert all options and be a major participant in any future raisings (and pay private school fees and uni for all his kids). They are getting their house in order to cook up a good deal. I'm excited
