My guess is that Anna’s departure is, sadly, just one of the stringent cost-saving measures which will inevitably be implemented following the arbitration decision.
The transition appears orderly to me– Anna Legg has done the financial estimates for the year ahead and is finishing up at Christmas, with the replacements commencing on Friday.
Melanie Leydin and Michael Sapountzis are Principal and employee at Leydin Freyer, “a leading outsourced accounting and company secretarial services firm”, which provides similar services to multiple small listed ASX companies.
