I agree - I couldn't be happier about today's outcome. No more finger pointing in the wrong direction. The road ahead is much clearer.
I'm sure, well I hope so, that Dr Chris will re-engage with Mr Gupta and come to some arrangement for furthering the exploitation of the huge Grants basin resource; in its own right. It's an asset which we hope can be developed for the benefit of Mr Gupta as well as for the HAV shareholders.
And HAV still has all its other assets.
