Chris to be sued you need to have suffered some financial loss that you can then go to court if need be and make a "claim" to recover damages. The reason this happens on Hot Copper is because when making comments about identified professionals it can affect their career. Most forum participants on here are not using their real name and don't suffer a financial loss by an ill received comment. If you were offended by my attempted humor I appologise ok, it was meant as an light hearted joke. All the best to you.
