A director that tells shareholders in private discussions at EGM's that revenues have arrived when they have not, that puts cash into the business as a loan to keep it afloat, then takes it back out, then legal action arrives, then resignation occurs of said director.

I am pretty sure I have got all of that pretty much spot on....all those things happened didn't they - yep !
