Sadly I don't think a class action would do anything, I would imagine BVS doesn't even have the cash to pay 10% of the losses back. All a class action would do is send the company under and guarantee 100% loss of investment.
What I would like to see is criminal action against the board, executives past and present, but that won't happen either.
