Just trying to understand your position, not suggesting I have an opposing view. It feels like my question hit a nerve maybe, apologies, not my intention.
I'm not well across this company, but have superficially followed for a while. To suggest that they were being dishonest about the future there really needs to be some solid evidence to the contrary. So many companies dont meet guidance/forecast/consensus which obviously this company hasn't done. But to suggest that knew they would be here, I thought you might have had some information on. Also just curious on what criminal negligence laws you were referring to. Cheers
