My guess would be one of two scenarios, he has been told he wont get the ongoing role and has decided to leave or is not on board with Libby's direction therefore leaving.
In terms of a smooth hand over, is there an annoucement I have missed (sorry if I have) in terms of a new permanent CFO? I would have thought most people at this level would be pushing into 6 month notice periods so I cant see any handover (maybe I'm wrong). I am surprised that when Harmen into acting CFO that they didn't lock him in for 6 months.
