Ann: Resignation of Alternate Director , page-2

This is a VERY interesting announcement re resignation of alternative Director Bryan Yap.

In part it reads "...Mr Yap resigned in view of a potential conflict of interest with Newsat arising out of his interest as a Director of a Singapore company which proposes to negotiate a business transaction with NewSat...."

Whatever the "business transaction" is it will be hard to keep it under wraps for long now.

Hopefully it is in Newsats best interests [I am sure it will be so for Bryan Yap] and that it does not incur further dilution.

Interesting times ahead.
