The director resignation is the alternate director to Steve Baxter. Does this mean Baxter is planning his exit too? I agree the board is too big but the alternate director doesn't really count as it isn't a paid position as far as I'm aware and he wouldn't be there unless Baxter was absent. So seems a strange move. Alternate director positions are difficult given you don't get paid but you share the liability. Given the company didn't give clarification why the director is leaving I would suggest this raises a number of questions...
