this stock has no *free float* to start with
top 3 holders own over 80%of the company.
volume isn't there to start with.
easily manipulated share price because you can chance the price with less than 5grand by 20%
volume brings interest
it also shows confidence
and people want the ability to make money and trade the stock
this is a dead stock
once things start coming together and some decent volume
then the price will move
having no free float with bring no share price rises
because no one will sell
you need both
and you need volume
lots of strong
stable volume to have share price appreciation
and good news
