So it is neither dramatic, nor does it present GBE with unsolvable tasks.I have no doubt that Charles can and will perform both roles, even or even especially at this stage of the project, especially as GBE has all the know-how on the ground in Malawi, including Grant Hudson, if he is still working for GBE in Malawi.

The BFS, financing and the DTM are much more decisive. From Charles LinkedIn posts and statements there is a clear plan and IMO it can be assumed that he will implement it in the same way or maybe already has, which IMO we will find out shortly.
