I have no doubt that BFS has long since been completed and is already known to potential strategic partners and investors.
The share price does not reflect the performance of the management, but the price that Apollo and Bo Tan have paid, approximately -25%.
Following Charles' pro-western LinkedIn posts, there could be a very significant and decisive question before the official publication of the BFS and a possible jump in the share price:
Under what conditions and terms will one or more strategic partners and investors get into GBE, given the current shareholder structure, especially the Top3, plus IDC soon with the option to buy max. 19.9% of GBE?
