Sorry, but I see Paul's resignation as a rather large negative, he has extensive experience in start up, finance, project development and FBS.

The big question in my mind is why, when GBE is supposedly nearing crucial developmental stages? It raises questions like; are GBE's time-frames not going to be realised or is the strategic marketing and SP not to his liking, considering many of Paul's incentives are based on SP growth.

I don't underestimate Charles's commitment or ability when it comes to finance, but mine development entails a broad range of skills and prior industry knowledge. Like those GBE just lost.
