Hmmm! Either she (a) uncovered a sewer hole full of rats (b) was fazed by the sheer effort to get GFY fired up (c) got a better offer (d) home pressures of one kind or another (e) was pushed for non-performance (f) ruffled a few feathers on the board or senior management.
