Yes this should be one the top ten commandments for new or existing investors,this was an expensive lesson i learned.Take a little while and check the boards history if they have an history of failed or money losing projects best give a wide berth to them,of course some people will say what about Andrew Forrest and FMG ,yes he had failure before his big win but that is very rare to have such a win after a long run of failures.
