Hopefully we as SH get the opportunity to vote on any severance package that the company wishes to put forward to LO. It should be bare minimum statutory payments for leave and long service and nothing else. Normally such an annoucement would have touched on these issues so we all need to be careful to see what the company does in this regard and don't slip such detail into a QTR and try and hide the detail.
