Many thanks @Dudleytooright, but unfortunately one cannot put a complaint in behalf of others. So, as you are reflecting, if you or anyone consider lodging a complaint with ASIC I am sure it will be greatly appreciated by those who have already, as it will carry more weight. As I underestand ASIC partly works that way when it comes to acting on complaints, whether it has come from multiple individuals. It really isn't that hard to lodge a complaint, ... much easier than keep complaining here on HC, that's for sure. If one has the complaint content ready, it can be copy/pasted at the point it asks for it.
