Not sure about liquidation and cannot tell if LO has had info about Higginsville sample results BUT in my view I would guess Pat Elliot has looked at the fewcpossible outcomes with samples and any scenario would have suggested they best negotiate an exit for LO and a safeguard for ensuring Pat Elliot can sell us a "new" company, and yeeeaaaars of more $$$alary for him and remaining mates, particularly if results are not good. This man, Pat Elliot did not even show up for the AGM of a critical year!!!! Indicating all he cares about is an ongoing company name tag on ASX and his and his mate's $$$$alaries, and yeah, lawyer fee$$$. ... how could he, Pat Elliot, have supported LO aaaaallllll these years, decades, if they did not share the same ideas, which have obviously not lined up to benefit shareholders ?!?!?
