"Too funny, what are her credentials around thermal storage media as it relates to large flake graphite? Get back to me in your own time."

Someone seriously needs to explain the physics of using ONLY Graphite for TES to me.

    1. sunlandsco.com The website is hopeless. Is there anything anywhere that shows that they have achieved anything?
Where is this mythical TES, what does it look like? How big, charge, discharge efficiency etc.
I see nothing that shows they even have a functional design, let alone a working model.

    2. Sunlands states that their TES will operate between 670-2000C
Has anybody tried heating objects up to 2000 degrees?
How do you contain the heat and extract heat out of it too.. Most things have long since melted or lose they strength at that temperature.

    3. Sunlands states that they will not be using a phase change material, therefore making things simpler...
If Sunlands decided to go down a similar path to other TES Companies they would be using a phase change material that would allow them to store energy at better energy densities and a fraction of the operating temperatures which causes massive engineering headaches..

Sunlands TES quite frankly reads like fairy dust.
