My personal opinion is, that this is a positive move.
While I give a lot of respect for Sam getting this company out of the brown stuff, understand that the corporate world is a lot more complicated. I suspect Sam's area of expertise is restructuring and capital raising and probably not the myriad of other tasks that were now bestowed on him since listing.
Cath Norman is a hugely experienced CEO and her flamboyant no guts no glory attitude would be far more suited to the role of CEO at Lincoln Minerals.
Her journey at FAR was an interesting one. She took the company from a minnow to be on the ASX 200
It will be interesting if she takes on the role full time and not just as an interim CEO.
In my view Sam's best work was getting this back on the ASX. He should be applauded greatly for that.
I suspect with the professional experienced board now in place, Sam's lack of experience in running an ASX listed company was becoming self evident.
Its time for an experienced CEO, now we have one in Cath Norman.
    Was this always planned?
    Maybe.
