They won't need to, the values will demand the offer is accepted soon enough.
QGL have a plan and are well down the path to executing it, LML is just cheap addition of tonnes and the 40 to 1 is more than fair if you look into where they are headed.
Crystal ball 12 months from now QGL will be over $1 and this company will still be coming back to investors with cap in hand.
