I think the bounce is due to overselling on the Catalano news. As disappointing as his actions are they didn't warrant such a heavy drop given that guidance hasn't changed. In my view a TPG bid would be rightly resisted by the Board and shareholders as Mariana's Trench-level bottom feeding - DHG has lots of potential and shareholders won't give that up so quickly.
