Last published quarter, RHT had a quarterly increase in cash on hand of $1.2 million. I have assumed it can make a profit of $2 million pa. The future value (I only projected for 25 years) is calculated as the $2 million pa assumed profit pa increased at the growth rate and discounted back at the discount rate. The sum of these yearly calcs is the NPV. All these assumptions are in my post.
