I think Ron nailed it with Product Strategist and I think David will be a great fit to offer HMD a product pathway beyond the now. So long as we can afford to keep people around with no dollars coming in.

I would personally like to see some more changes at the board level, as I am troubled that this board has taken us to the brink before they were prepared to act.

Yes there are a 1-2 on the board still that should move on as well. I won't go in to any more detail other than to say I believe there's a couple of them "phoning it in".
