I think you are right.
I have noted that the share price fall and partial recovery around the Dave announcement.
My guess is a significant holder putting pressure on the company to act.
Have had no response from the company secretary re: a copy of the T20.
Your 'we will see' very similar to my 'we shall see' and Dunno's 'dunno'.
Feels very appropriate while holding HMD, particularly at this time.
