That may be, but we all have good days and bad. I quite often look cooked on Friday but somehow manage to look less cooked by Monday.

I suspect Ron is not overly active in the role at any rate.

I think he is more hands on than a typical non-executive, but less hands on than a CEO or MD.

But he will be steering the ship IMV. That's where we need him. In direct contact with Keith and Annushka.

He has promoted Keith into his position and no doubt relies on him for getting things moving in the US.

Likewise Annushka in Australia.

I do not like our chances without him at the helm. We will also need some luck.

I do think the board dropped the ball on HMD. They let things that weren't working run for too long. Perhaps it can be recovered.

That things fall to Ron alone is unfortunate. I'm sure the other board members contribute but who knows in what way or how much.

We need him.
