I said it's a huge salary if as you suggest he is not in an overly active role. If he's full time executive Chairman in a full time hands on role then $250K is reasonable but we can't afford to be paying that sort of money to someone who has overseen, as Chairman, the destruction of shareholder wealth and is now in "a not overly active role" according to you.
