To me, $250k salary is nothing for someone of Ron's skills and experience. I get we are low on cash and dilution is quite problematic.

You said he looked cooked - I have seen MDs who run at 100+hours a week and others than can, through other executives, operate considerably below that.

I do not think we need Ron's energy (and burning him out serves no useful purpose), but we do need his knowledge and experience.

Direct communication with the executives who are executing day to day is also critical (this is going to go on for years).

I think Keith and Annoushka are capable of doing that (perhaps our former CFO is too but she is a relative unknown to me).
