Always a negative announcement, unless a genuine reason to leave is given. Announcement very short on detail is worrying. Typically an earnings downgrade follows within a few weeks - my guess are cost overruns in projects(s). Yet, order book appears healthy, so hopefully financial pain is temporary.

It always concerned me that McAdam had no fully paid shares. I'd like to see Rob Carr become CEO, he has a sound track record growing an infrastructure company AND he has a sizeable shareholding in SWL.
