There's been some payments in recent quarters for 'other fixed assets' totalling $1.5-6m per quarter. This is causing the negative cash flow. I'm hoping this is for the concentrator. How much is owing and whether it's for stage I or II is unknown. If they've kept to budget and the concentrator does improve sales, we might just make it without a CR.
