    I took sometime reading 2014 and 2013 AGM presentation, and two things I noticed:
    1. the chairman looks aged quite a bit, or he realized the old pic was misleading
    2. the board was full of property developers, government riots, instead of tech savvy

    change CEO twice in two month obviously doesn't look good, and in the current remuneration arrangement with new CEO, I felt weird that it put liquidation risk into such detail.
