If you mean the cr, not the spp which is done and dusted ages ago, it WILL be priced at a 5 day average price prior to the meeting with a slight discount,
It is a min of 2 cents but no max which means if the sp is 3 cents at that time the cr price will be a small discount to 3 cents, so maybe 2.9, if sp is 4 cents it will be around 3.8, 3.9, it will depend on the 5 days trading price 5 days prior to the meeting date,
Also this means the higher the price the less number of shares,
This is how it will work, and I have had that confirmed by the company
I hope this clears this up I wish there was a way to put some posts up where they are highlighted or kept at the top that contain correct information do punters can easily refer to it,
Some are still under the impression if will be at 2 cents, only if the price is around that price at that time
